A Beautiful Transformation
A few years ago, God placed a calling on my life to help victims of human trafficking. I didn’t know when, or at what capacity that would be. Then one day, I discovered The WellHouse. I instantly felt a connection.
Three years went by, and my calling was finally being lived out, God brought me and four ladies from my church here on a mission trip! During my time here, the calling to work with human trafficking became even greater.
One day, we had a prayer day to pray over the residents, and two of them asked me how they could pray for me! I asked for prayer to just do whatever plans the Lord had desired for me and at that very moment, they both looked at me and prophesied over me: “You’re going to be a home coordinator here one day!”
Lots of prayers went on that week and the months to follow, and seven months later, I was being offered a job as home coordinator at The WellHouse! So here I am, at the WellHouse, living out the calling God placed on my life four years ago. It is truly all in His timing, and I know without a doubt I am where the Lord wants me to be.
My favorite part of working as a Home Coordinator at The WellHouse is watching the transformation God performs on each one of these women. I have the opportunity to witness first-hand the power of God, and how He performs miracles and heals each one of these women, mentally, physically, emotionally, and most importantly, spiritually!

Many times they go from complete denial to complete surrender! Sometimes when they first get here, they want nothing to do with God. As time passes, they come to tell me just how amazing God is and share with me the work the Holy Spirit is doing in their lives.
Sometimes it may be in one week, other times, it is a very long process, but no matter how long the process takes, and how challenging it may be, it is a beautiful transformation to behold!
