What is your job title and what year did you come on staff at The WellHouse?

I work as a Home Coordinator for The Immediate Shelter, and I came on staff in 2026.

What is your favorite part about your job?

My favorite part of my job is being part of a beautiful ministry that pours into womens’ lives every day. In my role, I get to share that there is hope, freedom, and a path to transformation - that no matter someone’s past, their lives can become something beautiful. Most of all, I love being able to remind our residents that they are safe, deeply loved, and never alone.

Tell us about your educational and professional experience that equips you to be successful in this field.

Through my past job experience working in the recovery field, I discovered a deep passion for helping women transform their lives. It's incredibly meaningful to walk alongside them and show them what God can do - bringing healing, restoration, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Tell us about your journey coming into the anti-trafficking field and with The WellHouse.

My journey into the anti-trafficking field with The WellHouse began through prayer and a deep desire to grow closer to the Lord while serving others in a more personal, one-on-one way. I felt called to walk alongside women, helping them experience the freedom and transformation that comes from giving their lives to Christ. In His perfect timing, God opened the door for me to join this ministry, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of the work He is doing in restoring lives at The WellHouse.

How has working at The WellHouse impacted your life?

Working at The WellHouse has deeply impacted my life in ways I am incredibly grateful for. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt the presence of the Lord and knew I had stepped into a Spirit-led place aligned with my calling. This ministry has drawn me closer to Him and strengthened my faith daily. I truly look forward to each day I get to be on campus walking and working alongside these women, loving them, and reminding them that they are safe, valued, and deeply loved.
