What is your job title and what year did you come on staff at The WellHouse?
I came on staff in 2025, and I work as a Behavioral Support Specialist for WellHouse Child.
What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is all of the fun, silly moments I get to spend with these awesome younger sisters in Christ. I love getting to know the girls, seeing how differently the Lord has faceted each of their hearts and interests, and seeing them fall more in love with Jesus and who He made them to be.
Tell us about your educational and professional experience that equips you to be successful in this field.
In addition to my experience working with girls in church roles and coaching settings, I have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics and a minor in Christian Ministry from Samford University.
How has working at The WellHouse impacted your life?
Working at the WellHouse has given me such a beautiful glimpse at the heart of Jesus and a new fire to seek after those who don't know Jesus. These girls have taught me so much about human trafficking and shown me how the Lord is working and redeeming His children from one of the darkest things I've ever seen in our world. He is always in the business of seeking, restoring, healing, and redeeming.
